ABOUT US 100% cash-based outpatient orthopedics in downtown Portsmouth, NH. New grads welcome. CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is a 100% cash-based outpatient clinic in downtown Portsmouth, NH. For 10 years, we've helped adults 40+ stay active, mobile, and out of the surgery, injection, and medication cycle. Our clinical model is built on three specialties: Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT / McKenzie Method); Pilates-based rehab using the tower, chair, and reformer; and regenerative therapies including Shockwave (EPAT/ESWT) and EMTT. You don't need experience in all three to apply. We provide structured training and mentorship in every specialty, and new grads are welcome. You'll also get a $2,000 annual CEU allowance plus dedicated CEU days that don't eat into your PTO, and a clear progression into advanced certifications, mentorship roles, and clinical leadership based on results, not tenure. The day-to-day supports the work: 60-minute 1:1 PT sessions and 30-minute regenerative therapy sessions, one patient at a time, fully present. YOUR ROLE Evaluate and treat patients using the MDT framework as your foundation (training provided if you're new to it). Integrate Pilates-based rehab and regenerative therapies to deliver outcomes most clinics can't. Own your patient outcomes: retention, results, and long-term transformation. Show up fully for our Tuesday training blocks and weekly mentorship, and take part in the community events and team experiences that build our culture. YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF You're done with insurance-driven volume, productivity targets, and 15-minute visits. You take ownership of patient outcomes, not just hours worked. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Physical Therapist who's licensed or on track to be. New grads and out-of-state PTs are welcome. If you're not NH-licensed yet, don't let that stop you from applying. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: $85K - $115K depending on experience and prior con‑ed. $250/month toward company-sponsored health insurance. 50% dental premium paid by employer. 401(k) with up to 4% company match. Paid holidays plus PTO. Clinic closed and paid between Christmas and New Year's, in addition to PTO. Company-sponsored short-term disability and family medical leave. $2,000 annual CEU allowance plus CEU days separate from PTO.
