What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Relations Specialist, you'll help prospective and existing clients understand available insurance benefits while providing professional service throughout the client relationship.

Client Relations & Virtual Consultations

• Connect with company-provided client opportunities and existing clients.

• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments through Zoom and phone.

• Build rapport and establish professional client relationships.

What a Typical Remote Workday Looks Like

Your daily responsibilities may include:

Client Outreach: Contact interested individuals, respond to inquiries, confirm appointments, and conduct follow-up.
