Who We Are Constant Commercial Real Estate (CCRE) is a boutique investment real estate and commercial mortgage brokerage serving private investors across Oregon. We're not a transaction shop — we build generational client relationships, underwrite deals, and guide strategy from acquisition through disposition and everything in between. Our deal flow is genuinely diverse: multifamily, NNN retail, industrial, office, mixed-use, fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, seller-carry, and commercial mortgage origination. Brokers here don't get siloed — you'll develop real range alongside a founder who is active in every deal type. The Role We're looking for currently licensed Oregon real estate agent self-driven broker ready to grow their book of business with investors as the primary client. Residential, commercial, or both — background matters less than mindset. If you're analytical, client-obsessed, and tired of chasing the next transaction without a real strategy behind it, this is worth a conversation. What You Bring 2+ years of brokerage experience (residential or commercial) Working knowledge of investment return metrics — NOI, cap rate, cash-on-cash, DSCR (we'll sharpen what you have) Comfort with Google Suite and Excel Ability to meet clients in-person, walk properties, and attend inspections throughout Oregon A go-getter who builds relationships, not just closings What You'll Do Prospect, qualify, and convert investor leads into clients Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across asset classes Participate in investment analysis, property tours, and client presentations Network with lenders, developers, property managers, and other professionals Maintain pipeline and client records in our CRM Compensation 100% commission | Splits commensurate with experience | Attractive structure for producers #J-18808-Ljbffr Constant Commercial Real Estate Inc
