Technical Support Specialist

Overview We are looking for an Installation Specialist to handle on‑site setup and support of devices across healthcare facilities. This role is based in Houston but requires extensive travel across the United States. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, technically skilled, and comfortable working in dynamic healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities Travel extensively across the U.S. for device installations (primary requirement) Install and configure equipment, including sensor mats Ensure correct placement of mats for accurate performance Set up and troubleshoot basic networking (Wi‑Fi, LAN, routers) Test systems and resolve installation issues Provide basic training to on‑site staff Maintain documentation of installations and service reports Requirements Willingness to travel extensively nationwide Experience in hardware/equipment installation Basic networking knowledge Strong troubleshooting skills Good communication and ability to work independently Preferred Experience with healthcare or IoT devices Medical device installation experience will help #J-18808-Ljbffr InterSources
