Hospice Home Health Aide - CNA | Legacy Lifecare Hospice and VNA $20.00 - $25.00/hour, based on experience PRN | Monday – Friday | 8:00AM – 4:00PM Legacy Lifecare VNA and Hospice not only provides compassionate and comprehensive care, but we are a leader in the industry when it comes to the value we place on resident care and employee appreciation! Delivering Solutions that Matter: Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to hospice patients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance. Monitor and report changes in patients' physical condition, comfort, behavior, and needs to the hospice nurse or care team. Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment for patients and their families. Offer emotional support and companionship while respecting patient dignity, preferences, and end-of-life care goals. Qualifications for Success: Current, active MA CNA certification Minimum 1-year CNA experience Must have a valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patient homes or hospice facilities.
