Board-Certified Psychiatrist $300K–$350K + Full Benefits 50/50 Clinical + Administrative Skokie, IL | No Inpatient Call

A growing behavioral health organization in the Chicagoland area is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist interested in combining meaningful clinical work with physician leadership responsibilities across established outpatient behavioral health programs.

This opportunity offers a balanced mix of patient care and operational involvement while working alongside an experienced and collaborative leadership team.

Position Highlights:

• 50/50 clinical + administrative structure
• No inpatient call responsibilities
• Established outpatient behavioral health programs
• Multi-site role supporting Skokie and Downers Grove locations
• Strong operational and clinical support infrastructure
• TMS/Spravato exposure
• Nearly 6 weeks of PTO annually

Ideal Background:

• MD or DO, Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Experience in inpatient, PHP, IOP, and/or outpatient behavioral health settings
• Interest in physician leadership and program oversight
• Collaborative and approachable communication style
• Comfortable working primarily onsite within the Chicagoland area
