Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, WI. Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff Assist with mobility and transfer patients safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized patient environment Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner What is available?
