• Hours/Week: Approx. 170 in-house hours per month

• Licensure/Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatrics or equivalent
• Experience: Prior neonatal or pediatric experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide in-house Neonatology coverage at Wesley Medical Center's Level-III, 60-bed NICU
• Participate in a team-based management approach with physicians, residents, and nurse practitioners
• Manage approximately 1,000 admissions annually with an average daily census of 54
• Support delivery of high-quality neonatal care for about 6,000 deliveries per year
• Collaborate with hospital staff on patient care, quality improvement, and research initiatives
• Contribute to team coverage during rotating shifts, providing backup call from home
• Engage in position-specific training and ongoing professional development

What You Need:

• Required: Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics; Neonatology experience preferred
• Preferred: Previous neonatology or pediatric specialty experience
• Key Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and patient care abilities
