CDI Director: Lead Multi-Hospital Programs & KPIs

Optum is seeking a CDI leader to oversee operations across multiple hospital systems, including PA, MA, and NY, guiding 15+ FTEs and driving KPI performance. You will partner with hospital leadership to improve documentation quality and lead client-facing discussions and education initiatives.
The role requires 4+ years CDI experience in acute inpatient settings, 2+ years of leadership, and strong analytics (Excel, dashboards). Travel up to 40% is required across client sites.
