Role Overview

The Selling Branch Manager is responsible for driving revenue, maintaining strong client partnerships, and elevating overall branch performance. In this hybrid role, you'll serve as both strategist and active contributor, building new business, expanding existing accounts, and coaching your recruiting team to deliver top-tier results.

The position requires someone who can lead by example, execute with urgency, and inspire a high-performing branch culture. The ideal candidate is a competitive, goal-driven leader with a strong background in staffing sales and branch management, outstanding relationship-building skills, and the ability to motivate teams to consistently exceed expectations.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits, using a consultative, solution-oriented approach
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and deepening long-term client partnerships
• Act as a player-coach - lead and coach a small recruiting team to achieve performance goals while managing your own personal client portfolio
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements
• Deliver on individual and branch sales goals while driving overall branch profitability
• Track competitor moves and market trends to stay ahead locally

Required Background

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience in staffing required
• Demonstrated success in new business development and meeting or exceeding revenue quotas
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a major plus
• Self-motivated and competitive; thrives in a performance-driven culture
• Leadership ability and comfort managing a small team
