Job Summary:


Seeking an experienced overnight CT Technologist with X-Ray certification for a low-volume orthopedic imaging setting. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary credentials to operate advanced imaging equipment independently during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans and X-rays on pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Operate Siemens imaging equipment efficiently in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
• Adhere to safety protocols including patient lifting and equipment handling exceeding 150 pounds.
• Collaborate with the department team across multiple hospital units and private sector locations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and compliance with department policies.
• Ensure all imaging procedures meet clinical standards, including extremities, spine, pelvis, head, chest, and musculoskeletal regions.

Qualifications:

• Hold NYS license and IV certification at the time of application.
• Possess ARRT R & ARRT CT certifications with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating Siemens imaging equipment and performing diverse CT and X-ray procedures.
• Be comfortable working night shifts and handling a low-volume caseload independently.
• Have current BLS certification and ability to pass EKG testing within 72 hours, if applicable.
• Be capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling patient and equipment weights exceeding 150 pounds.
