Pay: $155,000 – $170,000 + Bonus + Equity (DOE)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | Hybrid

About The Company:
Our client is a growing publicly traded organization seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
Job Description:
The Senior Accounting Manager will lead key accounting functions, support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensure compliance with internal controls, and partner with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting for fixed assets, leases, prepaid expenses, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Prepare financial analysis, variance reporting, and management reporting packages.
- Support SOX compliance, audits, and internal control initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other business partners.
- Mentor and develop accounting team members while driving process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a public company environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- High-visibility role with significant cross-functional exposure.
