Optum Bank supports HSA accounts at scale, while modernizing a large, transaction heavy banking ecosystem. You will be a part of standing up new lending capabilities and transforming legacy systems into a more scalable, real time, microservices based platform to support significant growth in accounts and financial products.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities:Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet themSolve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the businessAttend and contribute to all Scrum ceremoniesLead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectivesTranslate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiencesInfluence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approachesDeploy and maintain Applications/Systems Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI.
