Remote Certified Pharmacy Tech - Prior Authorization

C4 Technical Services

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician for a contract role in a call center environment. You will evaluate and authorize prior authorization requests from prescribers received by telephone or fax, using client criteria and pharmacy benefits information.

Responsibilities include communicating decisions to physicians and staff, researching outcomes, and documenting actions in the system. Occasional escalation to Pharmacist is required, with additional duties as assigned.
