- Oversee and execute discharge planning.
- Work shifts 5 days per week; 8-hour days with specific start and end times.
- At least 3 years of experience in inpatient, acute care hospital environment or case management.
- Utilization review and discharge planning experience is essential.
- Hold BLS Certification.
- Previous travel experience is highly desirable.
