Strong communication and customer service skills Broad knowledge of Federal and State laws, rules, regulations and guidelines relating to employment. What You’ll Be Responsible For Oversee the maintenance of the employee personnel files and ensure compliance with State mandated regulations Complete monthly audits of personnel file compliance, including FMLA, personal leave, performance evaluations, I-9’s and background checks. Maintain data files and documentation of Human Resources materials including: policies and procedures, standard manuals, employee handbooks, job descriptions, new employee packages, benefit plan documents, affirmative action plans and automated training files About Us The Homestead at Rochester is a full continuum senior living community offering independent living, independent living with home care services, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and long-term care.
