Education Practitioner - Learning & Assessment Specialist

We are looking for experienced Education Practitioners, Instructional Designers, Learning Scientists, and Assessment Specialists to support an innovative education-focused project.

The role involves evaluating and improving interactive learning content, assessments, tutoring materials, and educational resources to ensure they are accurate, engaging, and aligned with effective learning outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate quizzes, formative assessments, tutoring content, and interactive learning materials.
• Assess educational content for accuracy, pedagogical quality, learner engagement, and appropriateness .
• Review and improve assessment rubrics, grading criteria, and outcome measurement approaches.
• Provide expert feedback on learning materials and alignment with learning objectives.
• Review or develop visual, interactive, and multimodal instructional resources.
• Analyze learning interactions to assess whether they support meaningful understanding.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly.
• Contribute educational expertise to the improvement of AI-driven learning tools.

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience as an educator, instructional designer, learning scientist, assessment specialist, or similar education professional .
• Experience in K-12, higher education, or edtech environments.
• Experience designing or evaluating quizzes, tutoring content, formative assessments, or interactive learning materials.
• Strong understanding of academic accuracy, learner appropriateness, and learning outcomes.
• Experience developing or applying rubrics, assessment frameworks, or outcome measurement strategies .
• Experience creating or improving visual, interactive, or multimodal educational content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Availability aligned with U.S. Pacific Time is strongly preferred.
