Radiology Scheduler

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Radiology Scheduler will manage patient scheduling and coordination for various diagnostic imaging services in a remote contact center environment, ensuring a compassionate and efficient patient experience. Key responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound patient interactions to support scheduling and coordination of diagnostic imaging services Schedule, reschedule, cancel, and confirm patient appointments across multiple service lines, including CT, MRI, and X-ray Respond to patient inquiries regarding imaging services, appointment availability, and insurance verification Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of six months of experience in a healthcare contact center or patient access role preferred Experience scheduling medical appointments within a healthcare organization, preferably for diagnostic imaging Required work-from-home experience in a secure and distraction-free environment Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Windows-based systems and CRM or scheduling platforms
