Vehicle Sales Manager

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for automotive sales? East Side Rides, a growing used car dealership, is looking for a Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. If you have a proven track record in sales leadership and customer service, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to maximize performance.
Oversee the sales process, ensuring a smooth and customer-friendly experience.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Monitor market trends and pricing to stay competitive.
Coordinate with the finance and service departments to streamline operations.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of vehicle financing, pricing, and inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM and dealership management software is a plus.
must possess or obtain Virginia Salesperson license.
