Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Second Shift | Monday-Saturday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Training Schedule: Approximately 2 weeks on Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Production Worker to join our production team. This position involves operating a sit-down forklift, supporting material handling operations, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as part of a small third-shift crew.
Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and products throughout the facility.
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist with loading, picking, moving, and staging materials as needed.
• Follow directions carefully and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Support production operations through material handling and inventory movement.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Take initiative to complete tasks and contribute to daily operational goals.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications
Required Skills

• Strong reliability and attendance record.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
• Willingness to work overnight hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, mill, or warehouse experience.
• Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift or willingness to learn.
• Material handling, inventory, loading, or picking experience.

Work Environment

• Production facility environment.
• Temperatures may vary, including hot conditions in summer and cold conditions in winter.
• Small, team-oriented crew where reliability is essential.
• Combination of forklift operation, material handling, and facility cleaning duties.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mifflinville, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
