Job DescriptionJob Description Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Nexus Neurorecovery Center – ConroeSchedule: Full Time, Part-Time, PRN | 12-hour shifts | Day or Night ShiftAbout Nexus Neurorecovery Center – Conroe Our Conroe Neurorecovery inpatient rehab provides interdisciplinary, patient-centered care, focused on improving functional independence and quality of life for patients with neurological injuries and complex diagnoses.The program at Conroe focuses onneurological rehabilitation, functional skill development, and stabilityin a structured, assisted-living rehab environment. Our interdisciplinary team works closely with residents and their families to promote independence, safety, and long-term progress through individualized treatment plans, therapeutic programming, and evidence-based care.We serve individuals with traumatic brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and complex neurological conditions who require ongoing rehabilitation and support to improve quality of life and daily functioning.Position Summary The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct nursing care to residents with neurological and medically complex conditions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
