Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation Full‑time, 15‑hour night shifts; $15,000 sign‑on bonus with a 2‑year commitment. Job Overview You will provide compassionate care to patients in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high‑quality patient care. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Responsibilities Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record. Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Perform timely and accurate QI assessments. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current state RN license. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within 6 months of hire. One year of experience preferred. ASLS certification preferred.
