Join an established Cardiology and Vascular practice in Glendale as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). This is a full-time outpatient opportunity offering a weekday schedule, strong clinical support, specialty training and exposure, and significant earning potential.

• Location: Glendale, Arizona
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Compensation: $130,000–$180,000 base salary + bonus potential
• Earning Potential: Some providers earn $200,000+ annually
• Experience: New graduates welcome; experienced APPs encouraged to apply

About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life

This is an excellent opportunity for an NP or PA who wants to build or advance a career in cardiology and vascular medicine without giving up a predictable outpatient schedule.

You’ll evaluate and follow patients with cardiovascular and vascular conditions, review diagnostic testing and imaging, manage medications, provide patient education, and help coordinate treatment plans and follow-up care. The patient population includes individuals with hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, venous disease, and other common cardiovascular conditions.

You’ll work closely with experienced physicians, APPs, and clinical staff rather than practicing in isolation. For a new graduate, this offers the opportunity to develop specialty knowledge with an established team. For an experienced provider, the role offers meaningful specialty practice, clinical collaboration, and room to work with greater independence as appropriate.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with cardiovascular and vascular conditions
• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
• Review laboratory results, imaging, diagnostic studies, and other clinical findings
• Prescribe and manage medications within scope of practice
• Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure evaluation and follow-up
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, procedures, lifestyle changes, and cardiovascular risk reduction
• Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and continuity of care
• Collaborate with cardiologists, vascular specialists, APPs, and clinical support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support efficient patient flow and team-based outpatient care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program in the United States
• Current or eligible Arizona NP or PA licensure
• Current NP or PA certification, as applicable
• Ability to provide safe, professional, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Background

• 2–3 years of APP experience preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in Cardiology or Vascular Medicine is a plus
• Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or other relevant clinical experience also considered
• New graduate NPs and PAs with a strong interest in cardiovascular medicine are encouraged to apply
