To support a growing performance marketing agency, the full-time Senior Paid Media Buyer will manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across various platforms, focusing on direct response e-commerce accounts in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms Executing campaign launches, budget changes, bid adjustments, and performance analysis Partnering with Performance Managers to support account strategy and performance goals Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on paid media buying experience, particularly with $1M+ monthly spend Strong campaign optimization skills, including budget scaling and audience testing Proven analytical judgment to identify patterns and make sound decisions Experience with testing and scaling across various campaign elements Technical awareness of tracking, pixels, and conversion events
