FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor supports the day-to-day maintenance operations of the Carpenters and Upholsterers. The position provides leadership and management to the Team to ensure daily tasks are completed in a timely manner. This rolecoordinates and oversees Team workload, provides support, monitors challenges, and meetstargets and quality standards. The Facilities Maintenance Lead possesses deliversindustry-leading service and demonstrates exemplary technical skills. Therole must have excellent skills in communication, multitasking, and be detailed orientated while establishing and driving a positive working environment. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines. This Job Description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties performed by the Team Member occupying this position. All Team Members may be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their Supervisor or Management. The nature of this job requires daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
