Seeking a supportive Scheduling Coordinator who is a capable problem solver, knows how to prioritize, and is detailed oriented.

Schedule: To be determined based on organizational needs and candidate availability

Responsibilities Include:

Maintaining a positive relationships with caregivers and clients

Providing staffing and scheduling services.

Match the needs of our clients with the personalities and talents of our caregivers

Extensive computer and telephone work

Frequent phone/email/texting interaction with caregivers, clients, and health care professionals

Ideal candidate for this position:

At least 2 years experience working in home care or in a scheduling / office administration position

Enjoys working with a variety of people and personality types

Organized and self-disciplined

Empathetic to the needs of our caregivers and clients

Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast paced environment

It's naturally analytical and can handle shifting priorities while working independently

Fulfilled by helping seniors remain healthy and independent at home

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Comfortable working within scheduling software

Regular office hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Scheduling Coordinator will be providing coverage outside of office hours.
