Exposure is looking for a creative, driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced, collaborative agency team. In this role, you will help execute dynamic digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and more.This is a full-time position onsite at our centrally located offices in Wallingford, CT.## Your position from day to day:* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for clients across SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content creation* Analyze and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, reporting on performance to clients and the team* Collaborate with our dynamic team to develop creative content ideas that resonate with clients' target audiences* Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget* Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance and results* Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices## You will love this role if you:* Enjoy working in an innovative and creative environment with industry experts who guide and mentor your professional growth* Strive to achieve outstanding outcomes and contribute to the success and growth of our clients* Like working on exciting and challenging projects for a diverse group of clients across various industries* Appreciate the benefits of working on a strong team and contributing to a fun workplace culture* Value a true work life balance that fires you up, not burns you out## Qualifications:* Experience with SEO, PPC, keyword research, social, email and analytics (specifically Google Analytics)* Knowledge of fundamental web design concepts, practices, and procedures* Experience with digital marketing software such as HubSpot, Sharp Spring, MailChimp, HootSuite, Sprout Social, Semrush a plus* 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting* Undergraduate degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or related field preferred## Salary & Benefits* Exposure has budgeted an annual wage range for this position of $55,000-$75,000.
