The Big Task

You will diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems while helping customers make informed and confident decisions regarding their home electrical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems efficiently and safely.

• Install electrical components including outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, breakers, and wiring.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide customers with repair and replacement options.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, managers, and team members.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and service documentation.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.

• Participate in the on-call rotation (if applicable).

• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company values at all times.

• Pursue ongoing training and certifications to stay current in the field.

• Follow all electrical safety standards and code requirements.

What Were Looking For

• At least 3+ years of residential electrical service experience preferred.

• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.

• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.

• Valid Tennessee drivers license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical before employment.

• A commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement.
