Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: To optimize end-to-end supply chain operations between Clorox and our customers, ensuring efficient and timely product delivery. In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operations and increase supply chain efficiencies.
• Achieve financial and strategic goals for both Clorox and our customers.
• Proactively identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize cost-to-serve.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers and within Clorox.

What we look for:

• Passion for supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain.
• Consistent track record to drive operational excellence and achieve KPI targets.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and navigate through ambiguity.
