Kent Quality Foods, a premier manufacturer of specialty meat products, is seeking an energetic 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to help us build out our 2nd shift operation. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, efficiency, and team performance across assigned production areas. Qualified candidates will have:

• 3+ years of team lead or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment required – lean manufacturing experience is strongly desired
• A results-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership for outcomes
• Ability to respond effectively to production, staffing, quality, safety concerns
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
• Ability to train, coach, and develop employees
• Respect and adherence for safe work practices and standard operating procedures
• Experience providing employees with feedback and formal performance assessments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills preferred

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work in a refrigerated production environment, and occasionally lift up to 50

This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, with shifts beginning at 1pm and averaging 8–12 hours per day. Occasional Saturday work may be required based on production needs.

Starting pay rate of $24 per hour, plus $3 per hour shift differential. Eligible for attendance bonus valued at $1 per hour. Kent Quality Foods offers a competitive benefits package including comprehensive health benefits and retirement benefits.
