We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Monroeville, PA area. This position is eligible for a $8,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

\n

What You’ll Do:
\n
- \n
- Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, functional mobility assessments, and develop individualized therapy plans to improve strength, balance, and independence
- Educate and empower patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and safe mobility strategies to support recovery and confidence at home
- Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

PT Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Active Physical Therapist, PT license in the state you work
- One year of experience as a Physical Therapist and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

\n\n
\n

Includes compensation related to patient care visits, non-visit activities, paid days off, shift premium pay, and first year success bonus. Low end of the range is the average annual compensation earned based on a fully productive caseload. The high end of the range is reflective of those who exceed productivity. *Compensation potential varies by market.
