Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000 annually

About the Opportunity

We are a leading, high-growth Taco Bell franchise seeking a strong, proactive Area Coach to oversee a 6-store market on the Eastside of Cleveland. This is not a single-store GM role; this is a true multi-unit leadership position. We need a big-picture thinker who excels at leading through General Managers, driving operational consistency, developing talent, and ensuring all 6 restaurants are executing at the highest level.

What You Will Do

• Big Picture Leadership: Oversee approximately 6 Taco Bell locations within a compact territory. Identify and address the biggest operational issues first, staying proactive instead of constantly reacting to problems.
• Lead Through Leaders: Coach, mentor, and develop your General Managers. Your goal is to build their capability to run their stores, not to do the GM's job for them.
• Operational Excellence: Drive consistency across the market in food safety, guest experience, and brand standards. Make confident decisions and hold leaders accountable.
• Financial & Labor Management: Deeply understand and manage labor matrices, staffing challenges, food costs, and inventory controls across multiple units simultaneously.
• Talent Development: Actively build a strong leadership bench, succession plan, and foster a culture of high performance and retention.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Current or former Area Coach, District Manager, or Multi-Unit Manager with a strong Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) background. (Taco Bell experience is a massive plus).
• Scope Capability: Must have proven experience overseeing 5+ locations simultaneously. Candidates who have only managed a single restaurant will not be considered unless they possess significant, proven multi-unit exposure.
• Strategic Mindset: The ability to prioritize competing issues, manage through complexity, and avoid getting bogged down by individual store emergencies.
• Leadership Presence: Strong communication skills with a proven track record of turning around struggling locations and developing GMs into next-level leaders.
