Administrative Support II
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Basic Needs Resource Center. Reporting to the Administrative Specialist III of Basic Needs Resources On a temporary basis provides general clerical, secretarial, and administrative support assistance to various campus divisions, departments, and programs.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain office supply inventory; Create a welcoming environment at BNR center; Update and maintain spreadsheets, and records; Assist in organizing program events and team-building activities; Assist with student walk-ins and provide information on the services BNR provides; Check in students to their appointments with Student Navigators, Case Manager, or other identified staff. Duties include responsibility for more complex functions and tasks. This level requires minimal direct supervision.
