EHR & HIPAA Specialist — Health Information Management
URBAN HEALTH PLAN, INC.
Urban Health Plan seeks a Health Information Management (HIM) Associate to join our HIM Department at 953 Southern Blvd. The HIM Associate oversees the protection and management of information in the EHR, ensuring only authorized access and timely responses while promoting data integrity. This on-site Bronx position is 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm.
