Director, Enterprise Architect, Patient Services Platforms

Pfizer seeks a Director, Enterprise Architect to lead technical strategy for patient services platforms. The role involves designing scalable architectures, managing integrations, and ensuring compliance across patient support systems including enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, and assistance programs.

Responsibilities

• Own technical architecture, data models, and enterprise alignment for patient services processes
• Develop architecture guidelines, design principles, and maintain current and target-state architecture documentation
• Lead integration patterns across Salesforce, data platforms, and third-party systems with compliance oversight
• Conduct impact assessments for process, platform, and vendor changes; maintain traceability across systems
• Define standards for AI systems including grounding, versioning, logging, and audit evidence in regulated contexts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience; Master's with 7+ years; or PhD with 5+ years
• Progressive enterprise architecture experience in patient services within life sciences
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, cloud platforms, DevOps, Agile, and AI technologies
• Strong understanding of biopharma commercialization processes
• Proven experience in change management, user adoption, and process harmonization
• Strong program and project management with SDLC experience

Compensation: $162,900–$271,500 base salary, 20% bonus target, long-term share-based incentives
