SOMETHING TO HANG YOUR HAT ON  

As a Fast Track General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft®. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sale and profit goals, you will be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats. To qualify for this General Manager, best-brand-you-ever-worked-for job, you: 

• Have at least two years of restaurant general management experience. 

• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service. 

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour  

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
