IFM Quality and Finishing Technician

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quality & Finishing Technician to provide repair, cleaning, and preventative maintenance services for customer equipment at industrial and commercial facilities. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available and a 5 day work week! 1st Shift 6am - 2:30pm - Days off will be Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday 1st Shift 6am - 6pm Friday/Saturday/Sunday - OFF MODAY - THURSDAY! 2nd Shift 2pm - 10:30pm - Days off Sunday/Monday 3rd Shift 10pm - 6:30am - Days off Friday/Saturday Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Medical / Dental Insurance $20/hr - $20/hr Employment Type & Shifts Full Time Temp to Hire 1st Shift 2nd Shift 3rd Shift Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair customer equipment in the field Perform preventative maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of industrial and commercial systems Lead industrial paint, finishing, filtration, HVAC, and indoor air quality maintenance projects Provide technical training and support for customers and technicians Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment repairs and service needs Document service work and maintain accurate service reports in company systems Maintain and test service equipment and tools before and after use Assist with special projects and technical service initiatives Support product demonstrations and customer training both in the lab and in the field Participate in establishing service and maintenance contracts Maintain a safe and organized work environment Ability to travel up to 5% Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of skilled trades or technical field service experience 1 year of experience in a focused application or product line 1 year of experience in at least two of the following areas: Industrial finishing or paint systems Powder coating / finishing Commercial HVAC Filtration and indoor air quality Mold remediation or duct cleaning Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities Experience disassembling, repairing, and reassembling equipment Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment Ability to read and understand technical manuals, safety procedures, and service documentation The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good‑faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
