Responsibilities You will review work order requirements reflecting systems, parts, and assemblies to be repaired, modified, or installed. You will troubleshoot HVAC/R systems with complex problems and extensive repairs requiring judgement to locate malfunctions. You will test refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, and related control systems and equipment. You will perform installation, repair, and maintenance of large commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and cooling systems with complex problems and extensive repairs. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required. Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees. A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized. Incentives may or may not be offered. PCS costs will not be paid Several vacancies may be filled.
