Production SupervisorLinde Gas & Equipment Inc.Phoenix, AZ, United States | req31840 Work Schedule: 3rd ShiftWhat you will enjoy doing:Ensure plant operations are performed safely and responsibly, maintaining full compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policiesSchedule and coordinate cylinder gas production to meet customer demand, maintain adequate stock levels and monitor raw material deliveriesMaintain the facility's professional appearance, image, and security, while providing job training, supporting employee career development, and supervising personnel fairly to promote motivation and empowermentDrive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and improve overall operational efficiencyManage day-to-day employee activities, conduct thorough accident/incident investigations, and complete all required reports with accuracy and detailSupport the efficient distribution of products while maintaining professional interactions with internal and external customersRespond to emergency calls, conduct monthly safety meetings, assist with SOP implementation, and monitor the proper usage of plant assetsWhat makes you great:Bachelor of science preferred; high school diploma or GED requiredAt least 2 years of supervisory experience, or 1-2 years of cylinder processor-lead experience preferredProduction or distribution experience required; industrial gas industry or equivalent experience preferredIn-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes of eachFamiliarity with regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA is requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and managementProficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes and CUStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyWhy you will love working with us:Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
