Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your chosen workspace while committing to the essential in-home support required for individuals in hospice care. Although you will primarily work remotely, occasional visits to clients' homes may be necessary to conduct assessments and provide hands-on support. Our work hours generally follow a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the flexibility to adjust as needed to meet client needs. Evening and weekend hours may be required on occasion.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of seniors, identifying their emotional, mental, and social needs.

• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
