Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our culinary team. As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in the preparation and service of meals and snacks to our residents, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. If you have a passion for food and customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve meals and snacks to residents, ensuring that all dietary needs are met
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
Assist with food preparation, such as chopping, cooking, and plating
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
Assist with tray service, including setting up and delivering trays to residents
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure efficient meal service and quality control
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a food service or healthcare setting preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies as needed
