Participate in patient transport and collaborate with a dedicated resuscitation team. Work alongside pediatric subspecialists, surgeons, and intensivists in a multidisciplinary setting. Support a busy cardiovascular surgery program and high-volume ELBW care. Contribute to a team-focused environment committed to high-quality patient outcomes. Engage in teaching opportunities with pediatric residents and medical students. Maintain continuity of exceptional care for fragile infants and their families.
