Job Title

Rate of Pay: $18.00/hr Hours: 6am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday (Friday as needed) Benefits: Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Health Insurance, 401K Job is contingent on: Background and resume is required Job requirements: Faribault manufacturing facility designs, builds, and ships NorthStar and Powerhorse products—such as generators, pressure washers, air compressors, water pumps, log splitters, and more. Employees here gain hands-on experience in a high-quality production environment with opportunities for growth across assembly, machine operation, welding, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assembly or machine equipment to build products according to quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals within a safe, fast-paced setting.
• Assist across departments (e.g., assembly, welding, or press operations) as needed based on workflow priorities.
