Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN

Role Med Surg/Tele RN responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, prepare patients for procedures, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care, manage multiple patients, ensure infection control, advocate for patients, facilitate discharge planning, and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS certification, strong clinical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication, physical mobility, and ability to work under pressure.
