State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs)

As an STNA at Cedarvale Commons, you will provide essential hands-on care and support to residents, helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation

Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition

Take and record vital signs as directed

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Follow all Ohio regulations and facility policies

Qualifications

Current, valid

STNA certification in the State of Ohio

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient-focused mindset

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Prior long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
