Provide routine management information on inventory performanceEnsure materials are ready and available for production when requiredCreate daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled, any discrepancies addressed and resolvedEnsure that any late or holding up production materials are chased and followed up until receivedEnsure integrity and accuracy of the stock management systemPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting of all inventory KPIs and required reports for the warehouseResponsible for training, development and coaching of the Operations Team on inventory related processParticipate and lead any special inventory projects as assignedAdditional Responsibilities:Performs other duties as assigned.Skills and Abilities:Strong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in French written and verbal communication skillsFor Quebec locations onlyDevelop, organize and complete tasks and projects using software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointAble to use Automated Warehouse Management System (WMS), AS400, SAP and PKMSCapable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skillsGood planning and organizational skillsDetail oriented with excellent follow-up practicesAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamAble to work within a diverse environmentPerforms work independently with minimal supervisionHave initiative and able to work under pressureAbility to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environmentAble to work a flexible schedule on the various work shiftsQualifications:Bachelor's degree required Any related fieldThree (3) years or more in all aspects of warehousing, freight logistics and inventory control requiredOne (1) year or more in a fast-paced warehouse environment performing warehouse duties and production cycle count transactions requiredOne (1) year or more with an RF Scanner requiredOther Valid forklift Operator's certificationTravel: None DOT Regulated: NoJob Category: Inventory ControlCompensation Information: The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
