Sales Supervisor - Great Mall

Summary Store Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting management in day-to-day store operations at the Great Mall location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching the sales team to maintain brand standards. Responsibilities Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience Maintain a guest ready store where clients feel welcomed Build sales through styling expertise product knowledge and seasonal trends Manage client journey behaviors to drive repeat business Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries Open and close the store according to procedure Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom Adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service Prior leadership experience strongly preferred Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office Passion for the brand and product offering Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
