Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and establish personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community among participants while addressing common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies and guiding clients to appropriate resources.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to promote informed decision-making and engagement in their care.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated capability to conduct mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a wide range of demographics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
