Job Title Supervisor – Food & Beverage Primary Purpose The Lead Supervisor is an integral part of the Coffee Shop’s overall success, modeling behaviors that directly impact the company’s sales and operational processes. This individual demonstrates exemplary performance and represents Coach at the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with the District Manager that align with company priorities and values. Recruit, train and mentor baristas to maintain company standards and promote a positive environment. Oversee and direct baristas in the preparation and serving of food and beverages. Order product and conduct inventory as needed to ensure the coffee shop operates properly. Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a welcoming store environment. Balance cash registers and make deposits. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive business. Adapt approach to customer and team needs by reading cues. Provide regular feedback to others, coaching performance to a higher customer service standard. Maintain interior upkeep of the Coffee Shop. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures including POS and operations procedures. Ensure daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service and Coach standards. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in retail or food service management. At least 6 months to 1 year in a position that required constant interaction with and fulfillment of customer requests. At least 6 months to 1 year delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating multiple employee tasks. Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security. Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Skills & Abilities Direct the work of others. Learn quickly. Develop talent. Physical Requirements Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom. Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range : $50,000.00 – $70,000.00. Tapestry complies with minimum wage requirements and applicable pay laws.
