Greet all that come to the community, ensure everyone signs in, answer phones, answers questions, sort deliveries that come in, basic office/clerical functions and respond to resident emergencies by calling the appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol. Qualifications: Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner. Clerical assistance, Computer experience (Microsoft Office) use of general office equipment, very desirable.
